The Role:
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality environment. We are ideally wanting to support and mentor someone in their career journey with the prospect of growing this role into a HR Advisor role.
You'll provide crucial administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, exceptional attention to detail, and a professional, welcoming experience for all our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support for the HR team across all sites and Head Office.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on our HRIS.
Assist with the onboarding and induction processes for Head Office new starters.
Oversee the People email inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely, confidential, and professional manner.
Prepare reports and data trackers as required (e.g. starters/leavers, absence, holidays, right to work).
Support in the administration of employee visa sponsorship and ER cases (e.g. note taking at disciplinary and grievance meetings, and supporting in letter writing).
Support the delivery of HR initiatives (e.g. the monthly newsletter, employee and management training) across the business.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate data transfer for starters, leavers, and any pay changes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in an HR or administrative role (hospitality background is a plus)
Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards) preferred but not essential
