We are a leading provider of life support and other training programmes to the healthcare sector across the UK. We are looking for an individual to support the day-to-day services at our office in Archway, London.
We are looking for an experienced HR administrator to support our growing business. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that we have the right talent onboarded and supporting our training programmes
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the UK employment requirements and have experience of taking candidates through the recruitment process to successful onboarding and induction into the company.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all employee files are up to date, support managers with HR functions relating to their teams, support HR processes and be responsible for innovating to ensure that the current process provide the best functionality for the business.
You will work closely with the senior management team and directors in carrying out the role.
This post will work within the support service team and have the opportunity to learn addition aspects of the support service function.
You will get on the job training and mentorship, the opportunity to gain and grow across the various functions.
