About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven HR Coordinator to join our team and support a broad range of HR operations. From recruitment administration and onboarding to payroll support and HR data management, you'll be pivotal in driving both operational excellence and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions
Administrating company benefits such as Simply Health
Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms
Screen CVs and schedule interviews, liaising professionally with candidates
Assist with onboarding and leaver processes, including documentation and orientation
Maintain accurate employee records, physical and digital, with regular updates to HR systems
Process employee paperwork such as contracts, offer letters, and Employee Changes
Support payroll administration and ensure timely data updates
Calculate holidays, & Pro-rated salary
Maintain HR trackers, records, and produce insightful reporting
Contribute to HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
Propose and support improvements to HR processes and operational workflows
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and best practices
Support internal audits and reviews of HR documentation
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information
About You
Proven experience in HR or a strong administrative support role
Solid understanding of core HR principles, processes, and regulations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and task prioritisation
Confident note-taker in sensitive formal meetings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with payroll or HR systems preferred
Discreet, approachable, and professional in all interactions
Collaborative and adaptable within a dynamic team
Passionate about growing within HR and contributing to a positive employee experience
Desirable Qualifications
CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently working toward it.
