Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator to support the Head of HR in delivering key People priorities across a fast-paced and dynamic organisation. This is a critical support role requiring strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will thrive in an environment where priorities can shift rapidly and will remain calm under pressure. Your ability to juggle competing deadlines and stay focused on delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support will be essential to success.

Supporting the Head of HR, you will play a key role in enabling the People agenda, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while contributing to wider business initiatives.

The job role includes the following:

Recruitment & Onboarding:



Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job adverts and role profiles. Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work verifications. Support new hire onboarding and induction coordination to ensure a smooth integration into REVIV Global.

HR Systems & Data Management:



Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Maintain employee records and information. Assist in the set up and functionality of the HRIS, BambooHR or other.

Employee Relations & HR Projects:



Assist in the coordination of management training programs and performance management processes. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Contribute to various HR-related projects, supporting process improvements and organisational development. Support on employee related activities such as absence management, case management, flexible working requests etc.

HR Administration:



Provide administrative support such as drafting HR-related letters and documentation as required. Provide administrative support for HR meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions if required. Assist with benefits administration including Holidays, Eyecare scheme, Perkbox, etc. Support the coordination of payroll data collection and submission to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Working Basis



Hybrid role with requirement to attend HQ Manchester office as and when required based around business needs. (Max. 2-3 days per week)

Reporting Line



The HR Coordinator reports to Head of HR.

Additional Information



This role will actively support the start up of a the HR function, assisting on various projects to ensure all basics are implemented. This is great opportunity for somebody looking for further exposure in all all aspects of HR related activity.

Interviews are expected to commence week commencing 7th July.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
