Eaton Syalon are proud to be supporting our client in Nottingham to recruit a HR Coordinator. This role is the perfect next step for an experienced HR Administrator who is ready to take their career to the next level.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, close-knit HR team where you'll gain full HR generalist exposure, take on more responsibility, and have the chance to influence and shape how HR operates across the business. You'll get hands-on experience across all areas of HR from employee relations and recruitment to policy development and HR projects with the support of an experienced HR Manager to help you grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees
Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job description to onboarding
Support and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice
Assist with performance management processes, including probation reviews and development plans
Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirements
Play an active role in the implementation of a new HRIS
Produce HR reports and analysis to support business decisions
Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and change management initiatives
What we're looking for:
CIPD Level 3 (essential)
Proven HR experience, ideally in a busy environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Salary: 32,000 - 35,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Flexible working hours)
Location: Nottingham Onsite - you will have the flexibility to work 1 day per week from home if required.
