Responsibilities



oUpdating and maintaining the HR and Time and Attendance Information System at ensuring confidentiality at all times. Lead/work with the team on data driven projects oAbility to follow the starter and leaver processes for employees, including agency oContributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices. oGeneral day to day administration tasks including scanning and filing oGenerating new employee starter packs oOrganise and process the HR archiving in safe and confidential way oProvide relevant HR data in a concise and structured way required by the HR Advisor oSending HR communications out to the wider teams, including maintenance of notice boards oTake the lead on various admin tasks, including long service awards, ride to work process

KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE



oRequires a basic knowledge of HR documents oExcellent interpersonal and communication skills oConfidentiality with professional behaviour and able to work in a discreet and responsible way. oAbility to build trust with employees and line management. oCIPD Qualified - Level 3 or working towards oIdeally worked within a fast paced manufacturing environment oAn enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative. oMethodical, organised with ability to prioritise. oAccurate with good attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
