About the Role:





As our HR Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our people at every stage, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to employee engagement and day-to-day HR processes. You'll be the friendly, reliable go-to for our teams, helping us ensure an exceptional employee experience across the board.

This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a variety of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office in Solihull on a regular basis each week to support in-person collaboration and team activities.



What You'll Be Doing:





Supporting end-to-end recruitment coordination (scheduling, candidate communication, posting roles) Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes Assisting with HR administration including contracts, records, and compliance Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Helping maintain our HR & LMS systems and ensuring data accuracy Being a first point of contact for HR queries -- providing friendly, professional support to our colleagues Support HR projects and initiatives as required


What We're Looking For:





Previous experience in HR administration or coordination A self-starter with a can-do attitude and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable using HR systems and digital tools Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement Availability to work 3-5 days per week (we're flexible!) and to attend the office in Solihull
