FULL TIME

We are looking for a motivated and capable

HR professional

to join our team and take ownership of the HR function across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR who enjoys a varied and hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit processes Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practice Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation Support performance management, employee relations, and wellbeing initiatives Coordinate training, learning & development opportunities Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
About You

Previous experience in an HR role (minimum 1 year preferred) Basic understanding of HR processes and UK employment law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proactive, approachable, and confident in managing day-to-day HR tasks Enjoy working with people

40 Hours a week

Monday - Friday

8-5pm

(There is an option for flexible hours 25-30 hours a week if this will help. That can be spread over 3-5 days, We can potentially tailor hours to suit the right person and circumstances)

Pay is dependent on experience and can be discussed more on interview.

Pay: From 27,040.00 per year
