Job Title: HR Data Analyst

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining high data and reporting quality to support our client\xe2\x80\x99s People Strategy. You will play a critical role in providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic HR decisions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic role with lots of contact and integration from the wider business, however a large chunk of the day-to-day aspects will entail working independently and under your own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Reporting: Develop and produce monthly people dashboards on Power Bi, and ad-hoc analyses to provide relevant information to HR and senior leadership.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular data audits and implementing data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Data Visualisation: Create visually appealing and easily understandable data visualisations to communicate key HR metrics and trends.
  • Advisory Support: Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations and insights to address HR challenges.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the HR data analysis and reporting functions.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR data compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR analytics best practices and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to data analysis and reporting processes.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
