About Our Client

Our client, an award-winning professional services business is currently looking for an HR & Early Careers Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in progression (you will look to become HR Advisor in 12-18 months) and will involve the recruitment, development and support of the early careers population in a fast-paced, professional environment in Bristol City Centre.

Duties and responsibilities of the HR & Early Careers Administrator include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the team in events such as insight days, work experience and assessment centres including preparation and support on the day
  • Assisting with aspects of vacation schemes and work experience programmes
  • Managing the HR & Early Careers inbox and responding to queries
  • Creating offer paperwork for candidates
  • Liaising and building relationships with training providers
  • Co-ordination of social events
  • Assisting with HR processes
  • Creating feedback forms and managing responses
  • Supporting all processes in early careers such as qualifications
  • Support to the wider talent development team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the role of HR & Early Careers Administrator will possess:
  • A passion to develop in early careers
  • Experience in a related role such as HR, recruitment, apprenticeships or supporting students in a paid or voluntary position
  • Excellent organisation ability
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Takes a collaborative approach
  • Confident in using own initiative and willing to improve processes
