Early Careers Manager

Our client is a multi-cultural, health care and leading global research and development-based Pharmaceutical Company who are seeking an Early Careers professional responsible for the creation and strategy for the Early Years Programmes for interns, apprentices, and work experience placements. As part of this role, responsibilities will include the full life cycle of recruitment, on-boarding and continued development and working across key stakeholders to understand future business needs, as well as attracting and retaining early talent and developing relationships wit training providers.

Qualifications, education and language requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent. MCIPD Qualification preferred
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience Required:

• Experience of working on Early Career programmes, with particular focus on Apprentices and Internships
• Previous experience of full early careers life cycle, in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Previous experience of managing the apprenticeship levy
• Project management in delivering early careers programmes
• Experience in recruiting and building relationships and partnerships internally and externally
• Must be a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion
• The personal presence, drive and capabilities to be viewed as a highly effective senior member of the HR team
