HR Generalist
to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the business, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a great employee experience.
What You'll Do:
Be the Go-To HR Expert:
Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, offering advice and support.
Support Employee Lifecycle:
Manage HR documentation, contracts, payroll updates, and onboarding processes.
Enhance Employee Relations:
Provide guidance on grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.
Lead Recruitment & Onboarding:
Advertise roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth inductions.
Ensure Compliance:
Stay up to date with employment laws, manage HR policies, and oversee performance management processes.
Drive HR Initiatives:
Contribute to HR projects, training programs, and process improvements.
What You'll Need:
Proven HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience handling disciplinary actions and grievances.
Familiarity with HRIS & payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Moorepay).
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
