You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our HR department, dedicated to the Global Finance teams.
The position is a VIE contract (12 months mission), based in London and reporting to a senior HR Business Partner.
Your impactContribute to talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Be in direct contact with employees to handle their inquiries and provide guidance on diverse HR-related matters.
Participate in the implementation of our performance philosophy & processes and support employee development initiatives.
Assist in the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.
Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with our Global Corporate HR team to avoid duplicate and improve HR processes and practices.
Promote a positive work environment and foster collaboration.
What you will bringHR Generalist with with 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment and project management.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect easily with people.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
