Hr Management Information Analyst

Yate, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

How you'll make a difference:

As an HR Analyst, you will play a significant role in identifying trends and anomalies in HR related data. Your analysis and problem solving will enable managers to understand their staff establishment and profile, monitor performance against key people metrics, and provide insights that will inform and influence organisational decision-making.

What you will be doing:
As subject matter expert, you will lead on the execution of data queries and perform in-depth analysis of workforce data. On a regular basis, you will prepare and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and dashboards. It will be your responsibility to produce accurate and insightful HR metrics covering areas such as headcount, turnover, and absence. In conjunction with HR Managers and Strategic Leads you will support key HR projects including annual benchmarking, staff surveys, and ad-hoc data requests. Daily, you can expect to develop and maintain efficient, reliable datasets and reporting frameworks. You will translate business and stakeholder requirements into meaningful analysis to support strategic workforce planning and continuous improvement.

What we need from you:
You will have already developed strong analytical skills through prior experience in a similar role. We require you to hold a degree level qualification in a related subject such as data analysis, information technology or business analytics. You must have proven systems and data management experience, including data visualisation and Power BI and be able to translate complex data into effective and streamlined reporting solutions. It is essential that you have experience in building dashboards using Power BI and Excel to present and manipulate data. Given the nature of this role, you need to be able to communicate information clearly and understand business issues as explained by staff with limited or no systems knowledge.

What you need to know:
All applications will be initially reviewed and if you are shortlisted, you will be invited to complete a short psychometric assessment. If you are successful through this stage, you will be invited to an in person interview at our office in Yate.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 25th August 2025.
