We are looking for an HR Manager to be based from our offices in Burton On Trent where you will manage the HR function within the business. This includes 1 HR Support Officer
Your duties will include:
Leading the management of the recruitment process from advertising through to induction
Researching and developing new recruitment channels to help diversify the sources and increase the number of applications received
Developing relationships with 3rd parties to assist with candidate attraction
Utilising social media channels to increase the company's online presence, with the prupose of engagement of new staff
Tracking specific needs of the individual areas covered and providing data in relation to recruitment, absence, employee performance, turnover and conduct
Assisting with absence management process
Reviewing and or creating policies in accordance to company requirements and appropriate legislation
Conducting & co managing investigations, disciplinary and or appeal meetings
Managing preparation of or chairing grievance hearings
Managing and maintaining employent contracts, personnel files and other employee information
Managing HR administration processes
Visiting company locations to audit staff files and report findings to the company
Money soft Payroll used to produce wage slips, ABS tracker , Holiday tracker
Tracking & Managing online and in-house training for all staff
Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Salary is dependant upon experience and relevant qualifications
Additional duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: 37,000.00-42,000.00 per year
