Hi-Tech Property Services are an experienced and successful building, maintenance, and refurbishment company with an established and growing customer base across the hospitality, healthcare, public, and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the full HR lifecycle across the organisation
Develop and execute forward-thinking people strategies and engagement plans
Build on and maintain robust HR policies and procedures
Partner with managers to enhance leadership confidence in people practices
Manage and support with performance and conduct-related matters
Support our apprenticeship and employee development schemes
Design learning and development frameworks to meet evolving business needs
Collaborate on organisational structuring and design
Utilise HR systems to provide people insights and analytics
Build our employer brand and recruit top talent into key roles
Design competitive compensation and benefits packages
Advise managers on employment law and HR processes
Identify and nurture key talent across the business
Motivate and manage direct reports with clear direction and support
Represent professionalism and uphold company values across all levels
What We're Looking For
Proven HR experience in a generalist capacity
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Ability to coach, influence and engage managers at all levels
Experienced in building stakeholder relationships
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
Exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Full, valid UK driving licence

The role is based at our Head Office in Fareham, is a full-time position and you would be responsible for the line management of a HR Administrator.

Pay: 42,500.00-45,000.00 per year
