HR Manager

Reporting To

Head of HR

We're looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to lead HR delivery for key business areas. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, offering the chance to shape people initiatives and partner with senior leaders.

What you'll be doing:

Partnering with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals. Leading and coaching a small HR team to ensure effective service delivery. Managing complex employee relations cases and organisational change programmes. Driving HR projects on engagement, wellbeing, and culture. Using HR data and insights to inform decision-making.
About you:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor with leadership capability. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Ability to influence senior leaders and manage change programmes. Strong people management and coaching skills. Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 200.00-250.00 per day

Work Location: In person
