Job Description
Our client is looking for an individual who can start asap in the role of Interim HR Manager to support the existing team and fill the interim period before the new HR Manager starts in the role.
Working closely with the HR Director and supporting with the following, you will also be able to turn your hand to everyday HR needs
- Overseeing HR practices, processes and strategies
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Dealing with the administrative aspects of HR management
- Planning and implementing training programs for staff
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance
- Advising on HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
- Managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence and retirement
