Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our London office. In this pivotal role, you will oversee HR functions, support office management, and contribute to bid management and document control. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our team's growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain HRIS systems to track employee data and performance metrics. Support training and development initiatives for staff growth. Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a construction or related industry. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Workday or PeopleSoft is a plus. Excellent data analysis skills to inform decision-making processes. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with ATS systems such as Taleo is advantageous.

Pay: 32,000.00-40,000.00 per year
