Rampton Baseley Estate Agents specialise in residential sales, lettings, and property management in South West London and the surrounding areas.

The role



We are hiring a confident and capable part-time HR Manager to provide operational and strategic support across the business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a generalist role, supporting senior stakeholders, as well as possessing strong knowledge of employment law, excellent recruitment skills and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. Identify training needs across the business and support internal training and development programmes. Provide expert HR leadership, coaching, and guidance to managers across all levels to strengthen people management capabilities. Oversee HR operation activities: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding. Ensure payroll is processed accurately by external provider and payroll practices are fit for purpose. Ownership of the annual performance management, pay review and bonus process. Work closely with the management team to support and advise on all employee-relation matters.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a HR Generalist. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to develop HR strategies in line with business objectives. Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and drive change. Experience in conflict resolution, talent management, and performance management. Excellent recruitment skills, with an eye for quality and culture fit. A hands-on and solutions-focused mindset. CIPD qualified or equivalent (Level 5+ essential).
The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, from 10am to 3pm, based in our Tooting & Balham office, however we are open to considering different hours/days.
