THE ROLE
The HR Manager is a key member of the HR team, supporting Corporate employees based in the UK. This will mean working across all areas of HR and experience working with partners internationally. The ideal candidate will have both HR and recruitment experience. This position will act as a point of contact for any HR-related requests for employees and managers and deliver quality HR programs, processes, and services. The role requires the ability and willingness to complete daily tactical responsibilities and work with a variety of organizational and people-related issues.

THE ROLE
Partner with managers to advise and process employment changes for staff related to events such as hiring, onboarding, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Liaise and work locally but also, being the point person for the US based HR partner for these groups
Recruitment and management of on-boarding for all hew hires in these client groups
Responsible for coordinating the merit review for these client groups, in conjunction with the VP of Corporate HR and Director of Corporate HR
Liaise with LN UK HR team to understand all policies and procedures in the UK
Ensure that company policy, process and employment law is followed
Coach and provide assistance to managers to successfully achieve the above
Maintain electronic HR records on leave, absences etc. using Workday and others
Assist as required with agency contracts and liaison with third party workers
Responsible for ensuring compliance with legal work checks, health and safety and management of work visas for those employees in this client group
Ensure all contracts and amendments to terms and conditions are complete, accurate, returned in a timely manner prior to payroll
Participate in any audit and data requests
Liaison with UK payroll to make sure all details are accurate
Support other regional markets as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Proven experience across a broad range of areas of HR
Experience of working in a multi-national company
Good working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS/ATS systems
Experience of working in compensation and benefits in the UK
Have good relationship building skills
Must be able to work independently
Good Excel skills
