HR Manager - Build Culture, Drive Accountability, Shape the Future

As our HR lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture as we scale. That means owning the full employee journey - from recruitment to retention - while fostering a workplace where high standards and human connection go hand in hand.
Main responsibilities will include:
Leading HR across the business, acting as both strategist and trusted day-to-day advisor
Championing and embedding a culture of clarity, accountability, and growth
Building out our recruitment engine to attract and retain great people
Supporting line managers with performance, development, and people challenges
Owning HR policies, compliance, and best practices - but with a pragmatic, people-first approach
Helping to create a formidable team across all departments through great hiring, smart structure, and fair but firm expectations
The successful candidate will be:
Someone with genuine passion for HR and culture - not just ticking boxes
A confident communicator who's comfortable challenging, supporting, and coaching managers
Experience across recruitment, performance management, and HR systems/processes
The ability to set high standards and help people rise to meet them
A natural team builder who thrives on helping others grow

Salary: 40,000 per annum with OTE potential of 46,000
