We're looking for a dynamic, innovative, and confident HR Manager to help drive our People & Culture strategy across the organisation.

As our HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the People & Culture Manager to deliver strategic and operational objectives, while championing an inclusive, engaging, and forward-thinking workplace culture. You'll act as a key point of leadership within the team -- supporting recruitment, employee relations, policy development, wellbeing, and ethical compliance.

We're seeking someone who isn't afraid of a challenge, thrives on collaboration, and brings fresh ideas to the table. You'll be a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the organisation, helping to embed people-focused solutions that truly make an impact.

What You'll Do

Act as deputy to the People & Culture Manager, providing leadership and guidance across the team. Lead end-to-end recruitment for both salaried and skilled roles, ensuring inclusive and compliant practices. Conduct the development and implementation of people strategies, policies, and initiatives. Drive cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities. Conduct ethical compliance audits and maintain HR standards across the organisation. Oversee the creation and consistency of job descriptions and person specifications. Embed wellbeing and worker voice initiatives in partnership with the People Operations Manager.

What You'll Bring

CIPD qualification . Proven experience as an HR Generalist with broad exposure across recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Confidence to lead, influence, and drive change across all levels of the organisation. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to think innovatively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
