As an HR Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage all core HR operations across the organisation.
• Review, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and CQC requirements.

• Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior leadership.
