HR & Operational Support Coordinator

Heart & Home Living

is a fast-growing provider of therapeutic residential care for children who've experienced trauma. We're looking for a

qualified HR professional

to lead on all people-related matters across our homes, while also supporting operational coordination and admin as the company scales.

You'll work from home but will need to travel regularly to our homes in

Kettering, Wellingborough, and Corby

- so you must live within an hour and have access to a car.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's confident in HR, comfortable with varied admin and operational tasks, and wants to grow with a developing company.

What you'll do:

Lead the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, compliance Support home managers with safer recruitment and people processes Oversee HR documentation (DBS, SC2, employment records) Chase internal reporting, coordinate admin, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly Assist the founding team with essential operational support as the company expands Travel to homes for onboarding, operational visits, and key meetings

What you'll need:

CIPD Level 3+ (Level 5 preferred) Strong HR knowledge and excellent organisational/admin skills Experience in HR (care or regulated settings a plus, but not essential) Clear communicator, proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask Based within 1 hour of Kettering and able to travel to sites as needed

Pay: 37,000.00-42,000.00 per year
