This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a pivotal role within a busy and forward-thinking school environment. The successful HR Manager will lead on all aspects of human resources, ensuring robust compliance, effective recruitment and retention, and high-quality support for staff across the school. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic workforce planning and staff wellbeing initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR management role (education experience desirable)
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance
• Experience overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and staff lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirable
• Eligibility to work in the UK
