This is a generalist role and you will also oversee completion of payroll.

The Role
We're looking for a confident HR professional to lead on complex employee relations cases, provide expert guidance on policies and employment law, and support our UK and German teams.
You'll manage monthly payroll, recruitment, and onboarding while ensuring our policies align with legislation and EU Automation's strategy.
Day-to-day, you'll oversee the People team, deliver regular training sessions, and build strong relationships with managers to offer effective feedback and support.
Working closely with the Head of People, you'll help drive the People strategy and lead key projects that champion our values and foster a culture of change.
You'll also deliver monthly people data reports and represent the business at professional networking events.
What we are looking for
Level 5 CIPD Qualification.
Multi-site experience in B2B services.
Management of a small team.
