Loans Warehouse is one of the UK's leading specialist finance brokers, with a strong team of 50 and plans to grow further the future. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to take ownership of all people-related matters to help drive a high-performing, compliant, and supportive working environment.

About the Role:



This is a hands-on, office-based role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our business. You will be responsible for managing employee relations (ER), recruitment, HR administration, training and development as well as employee welfare. From attracting top talent to supporting management with performance and conduct issues, you will ensure our people practices are robust, fair, and legally sound.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application if company policies. Advise and support management on performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: writing job descriptions and adverts, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and on boarding new starters Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment legislation. Provide support and advice to employees on personal or work-related issues, referring them to appropriate services when necessary. Monitor and manage absence levels, implementing strategies to reduce absenteeism and support employee health. Oversee HR processes such as performance management, appraisals, implementing a training matrix to support with knowledge and skill gap analysis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Help build a strong company culture through consistent, clear communication and people-focused processes

What We're Looking For:



Proven HR experience at manager level, ideally in a fast-paced or growing SME Someone that can show initiative, work alone but also within a team. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance IT literate and can use various HRIS A confident, pragmatic decision-maker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in HR and recruitment is essential; CIPD qualification (level 5+) is desirable

Pay: 45,000.00-52,000.00 per year
