Our fully trained lawn care technicians deliver seasonal maintenance visits, including feeding, weed and moss control, aeration, scarification, and renovations, all backed by ongoing professional advice. We currently support customers across

About the Role



We're looking for a

people?first, highly organised HR & Office Manager

to join our team and be the heart of our employee experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in creating a positive, well?run workplace.

You'll own the full employee life cycle, from hiring great talent and supporting managers, to creating a welcoming, well?stocked office where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. You'll also be a trusted point of contact for employees, helping to support wellbeing, performance, and day?to?day HR needs.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment & Onboarding



Own the end?to?end recruitment process, acting as the main point of contact for all things hiring Post roles, screen CVs, run first?stage interviews, participate in second?stage interviews, and coordinate work trials Deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new starters Coordinate and book training for new and existing employees

People & Culture



Support employee wellbeing and mental health, helping to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace Plan and coordinate employee social events to keep our culture fun, connected, and engaging Act as a go?to person for employees with HR?related questions

Performance & Employee Relations



Support managers with annual performance reviews Assist with performance management processes, including investigations and disciplinaries, with guidance from our external HR consultant Manage holiday bookings and ensure accurate tracking Handle all offboarding activities and manage the full leaver process with care and professionalism

Payroll & Administration



Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely support

Office Management



Ensure the office runs smoothly day to day Keep office supplies and the kitchen fully stocked Enforce cleanliness standards to maintain a pleasant working environment Work closely with the property manager to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed promptly

Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and supporting teams Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A proactive, approachable, and friendly communication style Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Previous experience in HR, office management, or a similar people?focused role
