About Us

Conexus Recovery is a rapidly expanding Debt Recovery & Field Services company, also supporting our sister business, Complete Metering Services Ltd. We operate across the UK and Ireland, delivering professional, compliant services in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced and organized

HR Officer

to support our HR function across key areas such as recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day administration. This role is ideal for someone ready to make a real impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and pre-employment checks (DBS, references, right to work). Liaise with managers to arrange start dates and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all mandatory training is up to date. Support employee relations, including note-taking, drafting documentation, and first-line advice. Ensure all HR records, contracts, and processes are compliant with employment legislation. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Provide day-to-day HR admin support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Essential:



Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices Proven experience supporting recruitment and onboarding High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator, able to build relationships across teams Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with HR systems

CIPD Level 5 or above


Desirable:



Background in field services, logistics, or utilities sectors Familiarity with compliance checks such as DBS and right-to-work Experience supporting multiple business units or regional teams
