As an HR Officer, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our institution by ensuring the wellbeing of our staff and the efficiency of our HR operations.

HR Officer Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment procedures throughout the Academy, which involves creating and publishing job advertisements and informational materials, arranging and reserving interview slots, monitoring application submissions, communicating with applicants, and preparing interview materials for the day of the interviews.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to deliver a high-quality HR service that meets the needs of both staff and the school.
  • Manage various HR administrative functions, including maintaining records, processing contracts, and assisting with payroll.
  • Provide professional guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, from advertising vacancies to participating in interviews.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and documentation.
About You:
As a successful candidate for the role of HR Officer, you will possess a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will enable you to effectively manage a diverse range of HR tasks. Previous experience in an HR role and a strong knowledge of HR best practices are essential.

HR Officer Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
