Job Description
Elevation Recruitment Group HR are working on a brand new and exclusive role with a successful multi-site manufacturing business in Barnsley. They require a HR Officer for 9-12 months to cover a maternity leave. You will be working within a long standing and experienced HR team within a welcoming and friendly work environment. This role will have an immediate start for the right candidate.
As a HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Starter and leaver process
- Absence management
- Supporting the HR Manager on all ER related activities, including disciplinary and grievance casework
- Supporting Payroll
- Recruitment - supporting with job descriptions, interview process and offers, managing head count and salary costs
- At least 2 years experience in a previous HR role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential
- You must be available to start before August, and be available for 9-12 months
