We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Officer

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job postings and scheduling interviews. Provide timely and accurate HR advice to staff and line managers. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in HR data. Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation as required. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

Requirements



Proven experience in an HR role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
