About the role
The role of HR Officer (Talent Lead) will lead and support the full talent lifecycle from attraction, recruitment, and onboarding to development, retention and succession planning. Ensuring the organisation builds and sustains a skilled, engaged and high-performing workforce aligned with its strategic goals. You'll coordinate and deliver effective onboarding and orientation programmes, support the implementation of learning, training to build workforce capability and career growth.
Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients' needs first and a need to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.
About you
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, engagement, and development. To be successful in this role you'll have strong communication skills, be reliable and an 'A' player. Qualifications & Experience
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
CIPD learner (3 -5 years HR Generalist experience).
Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in talent management and working across HR platforms.
Confident with feedback, research and data.
A full UK driving licence is preferred.
GCSE passes in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
Any relevant certifications in HR or talent (i.e. psychometric testing).
