We're hiring for a HR Operating Office Manager to join our HR Operating team working across the EMEA.
Purpose of the Role
As HR Operating Office Manager you'll support the Director of the HR Operating Office EMEA and the EMEA Chief People Officer in key tasks and coordinate activities across HR in the EMEA region including reporting, budget planning and people & culture initiatives with the ability to influence on key people matters. You'll play a key role in the successful implementation and embedding of HR strategy and risk management.
This will involve varied and senior stakeholder management and require specialist skills, including Project Management, Data & People Analytics, People Risk Management and an understanding of EMEA landscape with upcoming legislative changes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain direct insight in all areas of HR and work on a diverse range of projects with multiple stakeholders across the EMEA Markets and CoE's.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage, prioritise and deliver key projects or tasks both globally and within markets, building collaborative working relationships with team members and other stakeholders in HR and the business to support HR transformation and continuous improvement.
Work closely with the COO team and finance on key initiatives and the People Analytics team to understand themes, trends and turn this data into useable insights regularly.
Manage the EMEA People Risks driving a proactive risk approach whilst ensuring risks updated to reflect changing business needs and provide insights to form our overall EMEA people priorities.
Coordinate different activities, workstreams and communication and manage them effectively, escalating risks or issues through the governance process.
Provide business-as-usual support, including updating documentation, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for best practice, taking ownership in creating engaging and refined presentations for variety of forums to assist in storytelling while interpreting people data accurately.
Create varied content for EMEA People Townhalls/ Reports in collaboration with the HR Leadership team ensuring that our people functions achievements are tracked and cascaded throughout EMEA.
Qualifications + SkillsProven ability to coordinate and manage different priorities with high level of autonomy.
Great communication and active listening skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships and trust with many types of stakeholder; able to flex style and engagement depending on the audience.
Good project planning skills - able to be flexible but still deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Ability to act with discretion and deal with confidential / sensitive information appropriately.
Strong understanding of people data with the ability to tell a story through data and analytics, adept at using Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in a fast paced and highly complex matrix organisation is an advantage

The team operate under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Thursday, however, with his role we can be open on location. There will be the requirement to travel into London for meetings as and when required.
