On behalf of UK Space Agency, we are looking for a HR Ops Reporting Officer (Inside IR35) for a 13 months contract based in Harwell, Cardiff, Leicester or Edinburgh. Hybrid working with office attendance 2 days per week

As a HR Ops Reporting Officer your main responsibilities will be:



Manage HR Operations Data Returns: Oversee data submissions from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop MI & People Metrics: Lead the creation of meaningful HR metrics in collaboration with the Portfolio Office and data teams, maintaining confidentiality and data protection. Represent HR in ERP Programme: Act as UKSA's HR Data lead in Future Shared Service/ERP (Matrix) workshops, ensuring HR data needs are met across DSIT and UK SBS. Maintain & Analyse HR Dashboards: Continuously update dashboards, interpret data insights, and recommend actions based on HR MI. Support People Survey Analysis: Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyse annual survey results and identify improvement opportunities. Deliver Strategic HR Insights: Work with HR leadership to provide actionable MI, support workforce planning, and maintain oversight of the HR People Plan.

Essential:

Extracting information from a variety of platforms, analysing and presenting to a variety of audiences Data accuracy and the ability to identify errors/anomalies Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

Public sector experience Oracle experience
