HR Assistant
to join our team and support the smooth operation of our Human Resources department.
The Role
The HR Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team, helping to ensure all HR processes run efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career in a dynamic, supportive environment within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Assist with drafting employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
Maintain accurate and confidential HR files and databases
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee information
Coordinate training sessions, employee reviews, and other HR activities
Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support as needed
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR role (experience in manufacturing preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of HR systems and processes is an advantage
Working Hours
Part-time position -
3 to 4 days per week (minimum 20 hours per week)
