HR & Payroll Administrator

to join our team at

Adidas in Bedford

This is a full-time, permanent position, working

Monday to Friday,

covering the hours of

10:00 till 18:00,

however, flexibility is required this is logistics after all!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to

28,000

per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Coordinate weekly and monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain Time & Attendance systems and payroll trackers Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files in line with GDPR Handle absence management, RTW interviews, and medical referrals Prepare ER documentation and support HR meetings Maintain HR systems, trackers, and produce weekly reports

What you need to succeed at GXO:

CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong administrative experience
