We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates: Using a variety of channels, including job boards, agencies, and social media, to find high-quality candidates
Advertising vacancies: Using internal and external systems to advertise job openings
Interviewing candidates: Organising and participating in interviews, and providing feedback to relevant parties
Dealing with HR queries( Time off requests, training etc)
Data Input
Complete in house training in moving & handling with new candidates
Complete ID checks
Complete recruitment process efficiently and in guide with company and CQC guidelines
Work alongside office staff members closely in order to meet the needs of the service user
Answering the office phone and speaking to applicants client and family members with general queries.
Administer and update clinical (medication) and HR related data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance with CQC, UK policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Administrate and manage e-learning training programs for all employees, ensuring timely completion and adherence to compliance standards.
Write detailed reports for investigations and disciplinary meetings, ensuring that all required documentation is clear, concise and aligned with company policies.
Co-ordinate with carers to provide IT support and assist with medication app-related queries. Update the system with new medication information for clients as needed.
Analyse and generate ad-hoc data system reports for senior managements, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
Oversee ad process the DBS checks for all employees to ensure they meet the required compliance standards.
Manage the updating of the NMDS platform, ensuring new recruits are added in a timely manner and data is correctly maintained.
Ensure that all employees have valid Rights to Work documentation and conduct checks in compliance with UK immigration laws and company policies.
Work closely with the compliance lead to resolve data- related queries, ensuring HR process like on-boarding, performance management, and compliance tracking are aligned with company objectives and regulatory standards.
Manage the login and logout process for all carers on the mobile care app used by all carers and sure that all requirements are met on a daily basis and accurately recorded.
Provide ongoing data system support and generate reports that meet the needs of senior management and compliance teams, ensuring accurate and actionable outcomes.
Be able to use excel spreadsheets and record data correctly
Skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and external contacts.
- Preferably experience in HR and recruitment.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with social media management for HR purposes.
- Preferably have experience in health care.
