HR & Recruitment Advisor

to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in both the day-to-day HR function and the end-to-end recruitment process, helping us attract, develop and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all HR queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice. Manage the full recruitment cycle - from drafting job descriptions and advertising roles to screening and onboarding. Support line managers throughout our network of showrooms, head office and distribution, with employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, grievances, and disciplinaries. Maintain and update HR systems and employee records in line with GDPR and internal policies. Assist with HR projects such as policy reviews, restructures and change management.
Experience;

Proven experience in a generalist HR and recruitment role. Confident working in a standalone role Experience working in a multi-site environment Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5) desirable. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience using HRIS and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
