The Role



This is an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in HR operations and Talent Acquisition--while making a positive contribution from day one. Your daily role will include supporting a variety of core recruitment and HR tasks, such as:

Recruitment Support

Assisting with full-cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer processing Collaborating with the Recruitment team on creative campaigns across digital platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and careers events Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers Coordinating with internal managers to progress candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, including gathering feedback and next steps Drafting and sending candidate communications such as interview invitations and feedback, ensuring clarity and professionalism Promoting diverse and inclusive recruitment practices aligned with our D&I objectives Supporting onboarding processes by preparing contracts and induction materials Collecting and analysing data to support recruitment KPIs, trends, and budgets Assisting with administrative tasks like reference requests, right-to-work checks, interview prep, and calendar management

HR Shared Services & Administration

Providing administrative support for employee lifecycle activities, including documentation, letters, and onboarding Maintaining accurate records across HR systems (e.g., onboarding, leavers, contractual updates) Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to routine queries or escalating as needed Supporting payroll-related documentation for new hires and contractual changes Assisting with initiatives related to employee engagement, policies, D&I, and wellbeing

What We're Looking For



An enthusiastic, proactive individual with a strong interest in HR and recruitment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Great interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with colleagues at all levels Comfort working in a fast-paced, confidential environment Eligibility to undertake apprenticeship training through a recognised provider

Training & Development



Enrolment onto an approved CIPD or HR Apprenticeship programme Hands-on coaching from experienced HR professionals Opportunities to shadow interviews, onboarding sessions, and stakeholder meetings Access to a range of internal resources and external development opportunities
