Job Description

You will be responsible for:



Recruitment & Onboarding



Work with our people managers on the job requisition process, including the creation of job descriptions, job requisition forms, etc. Create & post job adverts and manage influx of applications for various vacancies. Sifting CVs based on job specification and requirement, sending shortlisted CVs to hiring managers as needed. Creating interview question packs for various roles. Arrange meeting room bookings with reception. Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers. Ownership of all candidate correspondence. Responding to generic enquiries and applications received into the recruitment inbox. Coordination of events and attendance to career fairs. Engagement with recruitment agencies and attendance to networking events. Supporting with graduate programmes and other business projects.

HR Administration



Provide administration support, covering the entire employee life cycle from onboarding through to the exit interviews, processing any employment changes required. Update the HR & payroll software with new employee and relevant change information, ensuring employee records are kept up to date and supporting documents are saved to employee files. Accurately and comprehensively collate information in readiness for payroll processing and reporting. Issue new starter references and respond to all reference requests including ex-employee, mortgage and visa applications. Undertake DBS checks as required. Support with administration of any annual re-accreditation procedures. Produce HR reports and manipulate people data. Be the first point of contact for all HR-related administration queries and escalate complex queries as necessary.

Staff Engagement



Creating and coordinating employee engagement initiatives. Responsible for the coordination of length of service awards, milestone events and birthday celebrations. Supporting with the organisation of events e.g. Summer and Christmas Party.

Other



Maintain high levels of client and company confidentiality. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.
