With a growing estate of managed houses and retail agreements, we're on the lookout for a people-focused Recruitment & HR Manager to join our close-knit head office team.

The Role
You'll be at the heart of everything people-related at Stout & Stone. From finding and onboarding the next generation of outstanding Pub Operators to supporting our Area Managers and Managed House Teams with expert HR guidance, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture and success of our pubs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Pub Operators, Managed House Teams, and Head Office roles. Develop and implement HR policies and best practices that reflect our values and ensure compliance. Support Area Managers with disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations. Drive talent attraction initiatives to promote Stout & Stone as a great place to work and partner with. Manage onboarding, training coordination, and performance development programs. Be a trusted advisor to managers and teams -- approachable, pragmatic, and people-first.
About You

You have solid experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within hospitality or retail. Confident managing employee relations, policies, and HR compliance. A natural communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels. Passionate about pubs, people, and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
