Skills and Experience
. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in the rights and welfare of young people. Someone who understands 'Safer Recruitment' and experience in the care sector is desirable. Someone who has a sound understanding of employment Legislation, a sound understanding of HR processes and procedures and is skilled in prioritising their workload and ability to balance competing demands.
Job Role Summary and Benefits
