This role is based at our Force Headquarters in Nettleham, where you'll have access to a range of wellbeing services, including internal staff networks, mental health services such as counselling, gym facilities, and free parking.

About the role



Join our Resourcing team and help shape the future of Lincolnshire Police. You'll work closely with the Senior Resourcing Officer and Resourcing Manager to deliver a professional, proactive recruitment service. From promoting the force as an employer of choice, to advising on recruitment best practice, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting talented individuals who align with our force values.

Key responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring candidates progress smoothly through pre-employment checks and resolving recruitment queries promptly. Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates on recruitment procedures and best practices for both Officer and Staff roles. Prepare accurate documentation, including correspondence and terms of employment, maintaining compliance with GDPR. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service. Participate in selection processes and represent the organisation at recruitment events and career fairs across the County.

What we're looking for



Proven HR or recruitment experience, with strong administrative and organisational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain accurate data. A confident communicator who can build strong relationships and provide clear, practical advice. Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, demonstrating commitment to delivering high standards and positive candidate experiences.
