As the HR Systems Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our central HR team and our 27 schools. You will manage and maintain our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and providing first-line support to users. You will also be involved in exciting HR digital transformation projects, driving efficiencies and improving automation.

We can offer the option to work flexibly, with some office-based days to work collaboratively with the team and the option to work remotely on other days. Some travel to schools within the region may also be required from time to time.

Job Details

Salary: ESSS Grade 8, sp 20-22, 29,151 - 31,073 per annum, pro-rata



(Actual Salary: 18,131-19,327 per annum)



Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time



Working Pattern: 25 hours per week, TTO + 2 Weeks during school holidays



Location: DCAT Offices, St Joseph's School, Chichester



Interviews: 8th July 2025

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
