Advise managers/staff of HR Staff Bank Policy and Agency Policy Advise bank workers and managers on policies/procedures/external processes (e.g. WTD, Health at Work, Agency, Work Permits) Resolve queries such as those relating to pay/vacancies. Liaising with external agencies to seek staffing gaps Set up interview arrangements i.e. collating and distributing information for the interview panel Ensure appropriate compliance files from recruitment agencies inc health/DBS/professional registration/immigration clearances prior to commencement Input data onto Human Resources computerised system Assisting HR Advisors with comprehensive administrative support i.e.
liaising with payroll, sickness, maternity and confirming dates for employment Updating HR Managers /Advisors diaries / arranging meetings as required.
