49,275-55,668 per annum (+ approx. 5,262 regional weighting if applicable)

About the Role
Are you an experienced HR Systems professional with technical expertise and a deep understanding of iTrent? We're looking for a systems manager who can optimise and maintain our HR and Payroll systems to deliver meaningful insights and drive operational improvements across the organisation.
You will:
Serve as the primary contact for HR systems deployment, maintenance, and optimisation, with a focus on iTrent
Leverage system data to generate insights for services, HR, and leadership teams
Translate business needs into technical system configurations and solutions
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are effectively supported through technology
What You Need
Advanced technical experience with HR and payroll systems--especially iTrent
Solid understanding of payroll legislation and neighbouring HR functions
Proven ability in project or change management
Excellent engagement skills to convert business requirements into practical solutions
