The role:
As our HR Team Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our HR function - providing essential administrative support, helping coordinate employee processes and making sure our operations are efficient and effective. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your HR experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Managing HR documentation, databases and filing systems
Assisting with recruitment, on-boarding and induction processes
Coordinating meetings, interviews and taking minutes
Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive employee data
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in administration or HR support role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A pro-active can-do attitude
