Role Details:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee/Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and HR operations.
The trainee/apprentice will work closely with HR professionals and contribute to various projects that support the company's people and culture goals.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process -- posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist with attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.
  • Support training and development programs by maintaining records and logistics.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
  • Perform administrative duties and contribute to HR projects as assigned.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts, labour laws, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with attention to detail.
